Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time. 

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the damaged items or issue a full refund at our discretion. To process a return or for quality concerns about undamaged products, please contact us at preludecoffee.events@gmail.com and we'll be delighted to ensure your satisfaction. 

If you are cancelling event tickets, a full refund will be issued for a cancellation made more than 3 days prior to the event. A cancellation made 1-3 days prior to the event will receive a 70% refund. Cancellations made day-of will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation is not made and the ticket holder fails to attend, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for the missed event. To make a cancellation, please email us at preludecoffee.events@gmail.com. 

Refunds will be processed speedily and may take up to 5 days to be issued. If you don't see the refund within 14 days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at preludecoffee.events@gmail.com.
