European Coffee Tasting

This exclusive tasting will guide you through three different coffees masterfully roasted in Europe:

1. Moklair - Colombia - White Honey Geisha by El Placer
2. Un.Common - Ecuador - Washed Mitad del Mundo
3. Competicion - Tanzania - Washed Gesha AA Acacia Hills

These rare specialty coffees will be brewed and served by our collaborators, Vincent and Sierra Barberon from Fada Coffee Bar. Yours truly (Kimberly Larsen) from Prelude will use these coffees to walk you through our new book, This is a Flavor Guide. We’ll explain how to understand and articulate tasting notes, what to look for in quality coffee, and how to create amazing coffee experiences on your own.

• Take-home coffee sample 
• 3 prepared coffees to drink in concert with guided instruction

What to expect:

• A curated afternoon experience that includes refreshments, learning, and conversation
• You may consider bring a notebook. Everything else will be provided, like water, snacks, utensils, etc.
